This review is long overdue. Thank you, Kyu (Q) for coming to my rescue! Last summer and fall, 2024, I was having a serious water leak in my dining room whenever it rained. Repairing the roof did not solve the problem. In August, while MHX Designs was doing some work next door, my neighbors asked Kyu (Q) to come over and talk to me and look at the problem at my house. Kyu is the Managing Partner and General Manager of MHX. Kyu kindly identified the cause of the problem, and said they had work lined up through October. Within a couple days Kyu sent me a quote and proposal for my house repairs. After we talked about the solution, and I decided which proposal to choose, Kyu offered to help me with a timely solution. As a result, MHX expert teams worked on my house in September, removing the damaged stucco, rebuilding the wooden frame, and attaching new siding to the affected area in the front of my house. They solved the problem, and I have had no leaks in my dining room since then, and my house front looks great!At the beginning of the project, I asked MHX to reattach some decorative stones near my front door, and to do a couple other small cosmetic projects, which they kindly completed for me. All the specialized work teams at MHX clearly are experts in their specialties, such as masonry, framing, siding, etc. All workers were professional, kind, courteous, and willing to listen to my questions, and provide well thought-out, helpful responses. MHX Designs - Q and Mark along with their team were wonderful, accommodating, professional, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable from all aspects. They listened to what I wanted my house to transform into even though my vision was challenging, they proposed innovative solutions to make my dream a reality. They provided various options as well as sound advice even though I did not want to hear it at times. I had a couple of follow-ups that needed their attention and they responded quickly. The only negative experience in my project was the weather was very challenging and caused a delay but that is no reflection of their service or team. I would heartily recommend them for any project.
