MHX Designs provided another a stucco remediation project on a beautiful home in Wayne, PA. The client is selling their home, so the buyer requested a stucco inspection. The inspection showed 3 walls (right and back sides of the house) with the high moisture readings and required a remediation on the problematic areas. MHX team provided much needed consultation to both homeowners (the seller and the buyer), addressing all their questions and concerns. They selected MHX without hesitation to develop a right solution and remediate their current home.

Job Specifics:

  • Product & Services: Remediate 2 stucco walls with James Hardie Siding, reset windows to properly protect window areas, and install Azek window trims.
  • Color: Sail Cloth with matching corner trims and white window trims
  • Town: Spring House, Pennsylvania

Results:

Both parties were very happy with the final exterior design of their home and the services we provided – they experienced MHX difference. The exterior project took 2 weeks.
